Download Request & Approval Workflow
Require a request and an approval before protected assets can be downloaded.
Some assets should be seen but not freely taken. Mark them as approval-required and viewers submit a request with a reason. An approver gets notified, reviews it and grants or denies the download.
Every request is logged, so you know who has which file and why. This pairs with analytics for a full picture of asset use.
